Kognitiv terapi, NLP Coaching og  ACT terapi

 

Therapy/Coaching/Guidance/Counseling or Supportive Conversations 1:1 are offered in sessions of one hour each, and you have the freedom to determine the duration of the coaching. The number of hours is tailored individually based on where you are in your life and your progress towards your goals. Your personal motivation and active participation are crucial for achieving desired results through coaching and therapy.

I am a dedicated cognitive therapist, counselor and NLP coach with a nursing background, and my passion is mental health and total well-being. My focus is on viewing life through a holistic perspective, where I explore the connection between physical and mental health, as well as career health. I guide individuals to discover strengths and resources for life mastery and self-development. 

 

My session, counseling approach draws from various therapeutic modalities, including NLP coaching, cognitive therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness and meditation, in addition to personal and professional experiences. Together, we will work on enhancing your self-awareness, coping skills, and resilience, equipping you with practical tools to navigate life's challenges more effectively.

 

NLP Coaching: NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is an approach in psychology and communication that focuses on understanding and changing thought patterns, behavior, and language use to achieve personal development and communication success. In a coaching context, NLP techniques are used to help individuals identify and change limiting beliefs, achieve goals, and improve interactions with others.

 

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): ACT is a therapeutic approach that focuses on helping individuals accept the difficult aspects of their lives while committing to taking action to improve their quality of life. ACT uses techniques such as mindfulness and value-based action to help clients manage emotions, change their relationship with negative thoughts, and focus on what truly matters to them.

 

Cognitive Therapy (CBT) On my guided journey towards balance and mastery, I focus on holistic health and how body and mind are inseparable. Cognitive therapy is a central part of my approach, where we explore the interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Through this method, we identify and challenge negative thought patterns to create positive behavioral change. I do not offer treatment, but dedicated support for self-help, and together we explore ways to improve your life by providing you with tools and strategies for positive change. Talk therapy, with a special focus on cognitive approach, is a central part of my approach. Through these conversations, we explore the interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behavior to identify and challenge negative thought patterns. I do not offer treatment, but dedicated talk therapy that supports self-help. Together, we explore ways to improve your life by providing you with tools and strategies for positive change.

 

Whether you're seeking guidance on managing stress, improving relationships, or enhancing self-esteem, Counseling for Supportive Conversations offers a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore, reflect, and move towards positive change. During our sessions, we will engage in supportive conversations aimed at addressing your concerns, challenges, and aspirations. I will listen attentively to your needs and collaborate with you to identify strengths and resources that can empower you on your journey towards personal growth and fulfillment.

I help clients to reflect on their focus – do they want more of what they desire, or are they avoiding what they don't want? What can you do yourself for change, and what do you need help with? Key themes include self-care, self-management, and self-esteem. I particularly focus on helping you understand the body's signals under stress, identify values, and map out the compass of life.

Are you living in accordance with your values, or are you conforming to others' expectations? I explore structural strategies for goal achievement and encourage awareness of your thoughts, words, and choices. I believe in self-help and share insights, tips, and tools for your personal journey. Awareness of the type of strength and resources you need to reach your goal is essential.
