We humans quickly commute between past and future and forget that we actually only live in the present! We're constantly on the move, and when we finally sit still, we quickly drift into thoughts. This helps to reinforce and maintain problems, and we end up in a deadlocked situation. Do you recognise your self?
Our brains are not designed to take it easy! It's good to think, but the problem is when it becomes too much. We can practice finding peace with attentive presence and mindfulness.
Mindfulness and meditation have been an important part of my personal development in adulthood. Research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can be of great help to many who want to improve their mental health and well-being. This is a practice that requires time and patience. When you give it a chance and find a practice that works for you over time, you can experience many positive changes in your life.

I offer mindfulness and meditation courses both in group sessions and 1:1 sessions. In group settings, sessions will last for 75 minutes on fixed days and times, provided it's available at the scheduled time as a group session. Alternatively, you can always choose individual sessions for mindfulness and meditation if you prefer personalized sessions. The price will remain the same, but the duration will be one hour per week when it's 1:1 and not in a group. Additionally, you have the freedom to choose the timing for individual 1:1 sessions, both in-person and digitally, so they align best with your schedule and availability.
Course duration: 6 weeks
Group session: 75 min. per week
1:1 session: 60 min per week
Price: 3600 kr for a 6-weeks course
