I can contribute to stress management, motivation and job satisfaction in the workplace. Let me help you create well-being in the workplace by strengthening your mental health, which directly affects your work health in a positive way. 

This is what I offer:

    Various courses and therapy both for individuals and groups:

  • Course instress management in group up to 4-6 weeks of 90 min

  • Course inmindfulness and meditationin group 6 weeks of 90 min 

  • Support call 1:1, everything froma single hour to slightly longer runs.​

 

I have broad experience from working with people both as a nurse, lecturer and therapist. I also have expertise and extensive work experience with people with complex life challenges that require you to know both the health and welfare system well by collaborating with NAV, health personnel, doctors and employers.

 

I takes orders from companies in bothprivate and public sector.JI can also be hired for team building/retreats on weekends/weeks. I am flexible and can travel both at home and abroad.

My experience with Alan was filled with support, warmth, and acceptance. I was empowered to reflect on my feelings, be honest with myself and name what I really wanted and needed.
