Are you ready to attain balance and life mastery? In today's challenging world, where inner unrest, overload, burnout, and uncertainty are realities, I offer dedicated support and guidance, believing in the power of self-help. Together, we'll explore coping strategies and provide tailored approaches such as cognitive therapy, ACT, NLP coaching, mindfulness, and meditation courses, with a special focus on self-help and preventive measures. My services are available for both individuals and businesses.

I draw inspiration from the role of the "Sherpa" as a guide and how they assist people on the path to the mountain summit. I am from Nepal, where Sherpas originate. They are known for helping people along the way, ensuring you have everything you need to complete the journey. Sherpas walk beside you, supporting and motivating you every step of the way, helping you reach your goal. At the same time, the one being guided must be active on their own journey. Life's Sherpa aligns with my values and the way I like to work as a coach and a therapist.

My experience with Alan was filled with support, warmth, and acceptance. I was empowered to reflect on my feelings, be honest with myself and name what I really wanted and needed.
