Stress management
We humans have a tendency to maintain discomfort and pain even though what we really want is the opposite, and this happens completely unconsciously. How can you make room for what hurts without it taking up too much space in your life? To make it happen, you must first be aware of your thoughts and behavior patterns. You can then work from thought to action, and explore how you can make active choices rather than remaining stuck in unwanted patterns.
You will learn to recognize your own resources and strengths rather than your limitations, so that you can focus on what you want more of in life. You will learn to focus on the conditions you want to change, and what you have to accept/let go of. The awareness of this, and the small changes you are willing to make, will lead you in the direction of a better life.
I offer stress management courses both in group sessions and 1:1 sessions. In group settings, sessions will last for 2 hours on fixed days and times, provided it's available at the scheduled time as a group session. Alternatively, you can always choose individual sessions for stress management if you prefer personalized sessions. The price will remain the same, but the duration will be one hour per week when it's 1:1 and not in a group. Additionally, you have the freedom to choose the timing for individual 1:1 sessions, both in-person and digitally, so they align best with your schedule and availability.
Course duration: 6 weeks
Group session: 2 hours per week, or
1:1 session: 1 hour per week
