Why mindfulness and meditation?

Meditation and mindfulness are becoming more and more familiar terms and more people than ever are looking for ways to reduce stress, improve sleep, gain more inner peace and harmony, and increase general well-being. Research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can be of great help to many who want to improve their mental health and well-being. This is a practice that requires time and patience. When you give it a chance and find a practice that works for you over time, you can experience many positive changes in your life. There are endless possibilities when you know how to use different techniques such as breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, mantras and visualizations etc. according to specific needs.

 

You will also learn how to be more present in your own life and for others, how to deal with difficult emotions.  How to find a deeper inner peace that will actually give more profit and joy in life.

 

What can participants expect from this course?​

This is not "just" a course, but can be experienced as a personal journey where there is as much self-development and inner work as there is teaching and practice. We can all benefit from learning how to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into our everyday lives. This course is for those who want to learn more about mindfulness and meditation to find peace and balance in everyday life.
