Stress management course
It can feel demanding to be human in the world at the moment, both privately and in working life. Much is changing and there are many who experience inner turmoil, feeling overloaded and burnt out - and it can feel like we are dealing with all the difficult things alone. You don't have to be alone in this. I can assist along the way. By learning new coping strategies with me, you can get to know your strengths and resources better, and take better care of yourself.
Focus and reflections throughout the course
How much focus do we have on ourselves and our behaviour? Our reaction and the choices we make in everyday life? How good are we with our own time and self-care? What do you do when you are always left with a feeling of not reaching? What kind of stress management strategies do we have? Whose expectations and demands do we struggle with from others or from ourselves as well? Often EHave you tried the same strategies unproven, but want a different result?
I use various tools and a cognitive approach so that every individual gets help to understand their own stress factors in life and stress reactions that they feel in their body and in their head. I focus on raising awareness of how stress over time affects one's mental and physical health. Reflections on how this affects one's private and working life. How can one sort one's thoughts and create priorities. I see the importance of raising awareness before starting with stress management strategies. At the same time, we can work on setting realistic goals and how you can maintain your motivation to achieve something new.
